How do I make a return?

Merchandise must have been purchased from G. Jones Furniture within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be:

1. Unused and in resaleable condition.
2. In the original packaging.
3. In a protective shipping carton or mailing envelope.
4. Sent to G. Jones Furniture, 217 S. Main St., Canandaigua, NY 14424
5. Insured, we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.

All returns must be authorized and receive a return authorization # or R.A. from the G. Jones Furniture Company prior to shipping or return will not be accepted. Please call 585-396-9940 for a RA#. Since Mica Lamp Company lamps are custom ordered they are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE ONLY. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ITEMS THAT QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING WILL INCUR A $10.00 CHARGE PER SHIPMENT.

CANCELING AN ORDER:
Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is cancelled or refused. CONTESTING A CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL:
Contesting a charge to your credit card company or issuing bank may result in a $25.00 service charge. Please call our store directly at 585-396-9940 to resolve ANY billing questions.

Do your products have a warranty?: WARRANTY:
All merchandise is warrantied against defects for 14 days, from date of receipt. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

For all other merchandise:
1. Please call 585-396-9940 to obtain an R.A. #.
2. Write the R.A. # on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
