- Timeworks Clocks ship FREE in the continental 48 states. Most Mica
lamp Company lamps ship FREE in the continental 48 states. All Handcrafted
furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery, please call
or email for a quote.

- When will my order be delivered?
- In stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days. Mica lamp
company lamps are custom made so expect a 4-8 week lead time. But don't worry,
they are well worth the wait! Items may occasionally
be unavailable or backordered. If this happens with your order, you will be
notified promptly via email with the approximate delivery date.

- If you have general questions about the delivery of your order or if you're

- What do I do if the package looks damaged?
- Inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package
is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery
receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise
may be damaged, refuse delivery and call us at 585-396-9940.

- What if I accept delivery then discover a problem
with the item after the driver has left?
- If you discover a problem, please call our Customer Service department at
585-396-9940. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you
to return the item. You should retain all packing material until youre
completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.
That will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
